Whether you’re a fitness fanatic or looking to begin your fitness journey, ABC Sports and Fitness is here for you! We offer a wide range of classes from HITT and Bootcamp, to Spin and everything in between! Whatever you’re looking for, ABC Sports and Fitness has a class for YOU! Check out our class schedule below!

The world around has changed, so we’ve adapted! ABC Sports and Fitness’s #1 priority is our member’s safety, which is why we are now offering Virtual Programming, in addition to In-Person Programming!

ABC’s Indoor Group Training

Getting back into the swing of things might look a little different, but we promise your result will be the same! We’ve made some new and important requirements in accordance with New York State mandates, and we ask that before you lace up and grab your weights, and head to ABC, we ask you take a moment to review the new guidelines below.

  • A Mask Is Required: There are a variety of CDC/ COVID19-compliant masks that are acceptable to wear. However, gaiters and bandanas are not acceptable.
  • Prior Booking: Members must pre-register for all INDOOR classes online. This is to ensure we can accurately track capacity in keeping with state mandates.
  • Social Distancing: To comply with social distancing practices, each class member will have a station located 6ft part. In addition, class size capacity will be reduced and you will be required to bring your own towel, mat, and water bottle.

ABC’s Outdoor Group Training

ABC Sports and Fitness will now offer outdoor classes in our parking lot with no registration required.

Participants need to bring their own mat and hand weights (if you have them) for the outside classes. Classes are free for ABC members or just $10 per class.

*All outside classes are weather dependent. If it is raining or thundering/lightening the class will be postponed. Majority of classes are in the morning due to high temperatures in the evening.*

*Classes are first come first serve. Due to social distancing guidelines we are allowed 18 members in class. You need to stop by the front desk before class to grab a pass to hand to the instructor when class starts. Passes will be available 60 minutes before class.

Bridgette has been an active member of ABC for over 20 years, with certifications in FiTOUR Spin and Pilate, since 2015. As a former college soccer player and Hall of Fame recipient, her passion for fitness transpires to her classes. When not at the gym, she enjoys gardening, outdoor cycling, and running with her Mile High Running Group! Bridgett is CPR and AED certified.

I have been a Fitness Instructor for 30+ years and 27 of them have been at ABC! I currently teach the biggest Zumba class in the 518 as well as instructing SPIN, Body Works and Kickboxing classes! I have met some great people along the way and have made amazing lifelong friends. Fitness is my passion..... I love what I do and do what I love .... and I love my ABC Family! Debbie has been an instructor at ABC for 27 years, with certifications in AFFA Group Training, Reebok Sliderobics, Johnny G. Spinning, Tabata Bootcamp and Silver Sneakers, and expands her knowledge / skills by regularly attending fitness conferences. Debbie specializes in Tabata, HIIT, Spinning and Body Bar, and her repertoire of classes include: Hi-Low Aerobics, Spinning, Step, Slide, Tabata, HIIT, Bootcamp, Bosu, Body Bar, Commotion, AeroRopes and Silver Sneakers! Debbie is CPR and AED certified.

Meet our Group Fitness Director, Toni! Toni has been at ABC for 27 years, and holds several certifications ranging from Spinning, Body Pump, Group Fitness and Personal Training. When not teaching at the gym, Toni is always in training for her next marathon or Ironman event. What keeps Toni loving what she does....... the people of ABC! Tune in to 100.9 The Cat for Toni's monthly segment on Total Wellness Tuesday! Toni is CPR and AED certified.

BRIAN JONES

Brian is a group fitness instructor certified in Silver Sneakers and Bokwa Fitness. In addition, Brian is a certified personal trainer and received his credentials through FiTour. Brian's concentration and love is working with older adults. "My Silver Sneakers class is one of the highlights of my week." His desire "is to inspire, educate and motivate others to reach their goals and be all they were created to be." Brian is CPR and AED certified.

KRISTEN CASEY

I have been a SPIN and group fitness instructor at ABC since 2006! In my other life, I work as a senior attorney with the NY education department and I am a brand ambassador for Night Out for You, a local organization that grants experiences to men and women undergoing cancer treatment! You can meet up with me and the roosters as I am usually teaching the early morning classes! Kristen is CPR and AED certified.

I have been a fitness instructor for the last 30 years and an instructor at ABC sports and fitness for 27 years! I currently teaches hit, spin, body pump, Pilates, Boot Camp and silver sneakers classes. I helped establish the Silver Sneakers program at ABC over 10 years ago where we have over 1,000 active senior members in our gym! Mary is CPR and AED certified.

I have been teaching at ABC for 6 years and love to call this place my home! I am a Fit Tour and Madd Dog spin certified and I have my 200 hour yoga teacher certification! I love teaching spin, but I truly love teaching power yoga to the wonderful students at ABC, who are getting stronger and more flexible each class! Kathleen is CPR and AED certified.

For me it all began 18 years ago as a member of ABC. It wasn't long after taking classes I fell in love with the instructor's motivation, passion and purpose and had to become certified. I teach spin, HIIT, step, sculpting and kickboxing! Mandi is CPR and AED certified.

Chrissy has been an AFAA group fitness certified instructor for over 15 years teaching around the Capital District at many gyms and colleges and here at ABC since 2009! Chrissy holds many specialty licenses and certifications including Bokwa, Zumba, Zumba Toning and Gold, PiYo and TurboKick to name a few! Chrissy is CPR and AED certified.

TIFFANY TATLOCK

Health and Fitness have always been a prominent part of my life. I was a competitive dancer from age five to sixteen and studied several forms of dance. I was also a competitive equestrian rider. I always loved being active and eating healthy and loved school and education. I graduated high school and attended the College of Saint Rose. I graduated in 2012 with my Bachelors' degree in Early Childhood and Special Education with a minor in English and Psychology.
Throughout my first two years of college I started to struggle with body image issues which developed into a severe eating disorder. I struggled with anorexia and bulimia for almost five years until I was very blessed to have met and worked with an exceptional trainer who introduced me to the fitness community. Through working with my trainer, I grew further in love with working out and learning to eat food to fuel my body. I began competing and obtaining my certifications to become a personal trainer and Fitness Nutrition Coach.
I have been personal training for six years and am continuing to grow within my education and passion for health fitness by pursuing my masters' degree in Health Clinical Psychology. I am continuing my drive and goal to help education, train, empower and inspire people to live a healthier and fit lifestyle!

Tracy comes to us with a rich background in specialty classes such as Boot Camp, Total Body Conditioning, Spinning, Piyo, Pilates, HIIT, and Indoor Cycling. Tracy's passion for fitness and health coupled with her dedication to group fitness makes her a great addition to our Group Fitness Program.
