MIKE RECCHIO

Mike is a certified personal trainer and nutrition advisor who has been training members of ABC since 1995. He received a bachelor's degree in exercise psychology from SUNY. He received his fitness credentials from the International Sports Science Association and APEX Fitness. He is currently CPR and AED certified.

He is also certified in fitness therapy and is a certified strength and conditioning coach. Mike played semi-pro football for 11 years and ran track for 4 years. Notable former clients include Dion Lewis from the Philadelphia Eagles, Derek Brown of the New York Giants and Paul Vellano of Maryland University.

EMILIA SAINATO

Emilia is a certified personal trainer and nutrition advisor. Emilia graduated with a bachelor's degree from the College of the Holy Cross. During her time at Holy Cross, Emilia was a 4 year member of the Varsity Track and Field Team (NCAA Division I) , competing as a sprinter and hurdler. In addition to her athletics, Emilia worked for Holy Cross Athletics, completing a yearlong internship with Holy Cross Strength and Conditioning as well as being a Healthy Eating and Lifestyle Peer Educator.

Upon graduating, she worked with SUNY Albany Strength and Conditioning and is now a competitive powerlifter with USA Powerlifting. She is CPR and AED certified. Emilia looks forward to sharing her love for fitness with you!

To know me is to know that I care deeply about my clients, my group fitness participants, my fellow instructors and colleagues. I am as passionate today as the day I taught my very first class. Fitness is something that can be customized to you at whatever level you are, at what ever age you are and with whatever modification you need. I am here to help guide you, motivate you and to get you excited as you make your journey forward to a healthier and happier you! I have been at ABC for 29 years, and hold several certifications ranging from Spinning, Body Pump, Group Fitness Training and Personal Training. When I am not teaching or personal training at the gym, I can be found training for my next marathon or Ironman event.  I am also is CPR and AED certified.

Joe Cox has been working in the industry for 27 years as a certified personal trainer and nutritional consultant. He has a degree in Science and Humanities as well as continuing education in Human Nutrition and Athletic Training. He works with men and women of all ages and experienance. LENI ST. MARTIN

Leni St Martin is a NASM certified personal trainer who has been training clients for over 20 years. She has an associates degree in Physical Education and Nutrition from Hudson Valley Community College, a bachelors from UAlbany in exercise philology and a Masters Degree from UMass in Kinesiology. JOSH CHAPPELL

Josh Chappell has a degree in Kinesiology from SUNY Cortland. He holds an active certification with the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He has years of experience working with Functional Movement Systems, qualifying him as a Functional Movement Specialist(FMS).

In addition to, he is a Sports Performance Coach through Bommarito Performance Systems (BPS Level 1) certification, where he worked hand on alongside D1 and professional  sports coaches. He is also ACLS, CPR and AED certified.

Josh is passionate about helping people move properly by correcting imbalances that strengthen functionality of everyday movements, through exercise. His systems teach people to move pain free, allowing them to progress properly to achieve a variety of health and fitness goals - ranging from everyday activities to competitive athletics and powerlifting.

KELLI CARR

Kellianne Carr is certified personal trainer and group exercise trainer through NCSF: National Council on Strength and Fitness. Expanding her knowledge, she pursued to get her Associates degree in Exercise Science at HVCC. Kellianne worked for HVCC athletics department, completing a year long internship as an Athletic Trainer- working hands on understanding athletic injuries, fundamentals, and rehabilitations. Mike Taylor started out as a track & field and cross country coach grades 7th-12th. From there he pursued a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from SUNY Fredonia while simultaneously coaching varsity wrestling and participating as a collegiate track & field athlete. Upon graduating from college Mike earned his personal training certification and has experienced numerous training settings such as one-on-one personal training, large group class settings, and strength & conditioning with athletes.

Additionally, Mike’s thorough knowledge of human physiology, biomechanics, anatomy and kinesiology from his coursework in college has prepared him to work with diverse populations as well as tailor workouts for the individual.

Mike continues to grow professionally by taking additional credible coursework year after year. Truly a product of ABC Sports and Fitness, Anthony Snyder has been inside the building as a child, as he was part of the child care center. NASM CPT certified, The young and energetic trainer uses his 180vsME training program to help people change not only their daily workouts but their lives. From diet to meal balance, Anthony provides the full experience.
